Up to 100 more Registered Intermediaries to be recruited

Justice Secretary Chris Grayling announced that the government has pledged to double the number of experts who help vulnerable witnesses and victims in courts in England and Wales. He said that up to 100 Registered Intermediaries would be recruited in a campaign due to start next month.Demand for RIs has increased dramatically over the last year, particularly in recent months, so this is very welcome news.
