- Letitia Duffus, a highly experienced criminal defence advocate specialising in serious and complex crime, who has also completed counselling training. Letitia has over 20 years of experience in criminal defence, having worked as a solicitor, solicitor-advocate, and now as a barrister, Garden Court Chambers.

- Dr Anne-Marie Day, a Senior Lecturer in Criminology and Youth Justice Researcher based in Centre for Crime and Youth Justice Research (CCYJR). She has a lot of experience as a practitioner and policy maker in a range of criminal justice roles and is a trustee at the Alliance for Youth Justice.
